When to pick the Claude Code app

  • You use Claude alone and want Anthropic's own app, with its diff review and cloud sessions.

When to pick Cydonia

  • You run more than one vendor's agent, and want them side by side in one window.
  • You want work handed out from a board: a card or a whole column goes to a session, and the card shows while an agent has it.
  • You want what an agent finds written down as an article in the project, not left in a transcript.
  • You want the source, under MIT.
