Cydonia vs Vibe Kanban
Both hand coding agents work from a kanban board. Vibe Kanban is a local web app, community-maintained since bloop shut down; Cydonia is a desktop app that runs any ACP agent and keeps articles next to the board.

Vibe Kanban and Cydonia both put a board between you and your agents: a card is a piece of work, and an agent takes it. Vibe Kanban runs as a local web app started with npx or Docker; Cydonia is a desktop app, and the board sits beside the articles and sessions of the same project.

When to pick Vibe Kanban
- You want the board in a browser tab, or on a machine reached over Docker.
- You use an agent it supports directly, such as Amp, that is not in the ACP registry.
When to pick Cydonia
- You want a desktop app rather than a local server.
- You want what agents find written down as articles in the project, linked from the cards.
- You want to watch several sessions at once, in panes, next to the board.
